Participate in Parish Life

Many people ask how they can become more involved in parish life.  Our parish offers many ways to get involved: from serving in the liturgical ministries, joining one of our social justice groups, serving in our youth or adult faith formation programs, to helping in administrative roles and activities.  Click on any of the links to explore the different ways that you can offer your time and talent and help our parish community thrive.

Help the parish by serving in the liturgical ministries, which include altar linens, altar server, Eucharistic Minister, lector, usher, greeter, Sacristan, and music ministry.  For more detail about each of these ministries click here.

Share our Faith

Volunteers are always needed to help share our faith and educate our children, youth, new Catholics, people seeking to be Catholic, and to mentor each other through Bible studies.  There are many ways that you can help share our faith by becoming a youth catechist or substitute, a youth ministry leader, and RCIA for adults and children volunteer, or a Bible study facilator.  Click here for more details.

Parish Social Justice and Outreach Ministry

These volunteers reach out to needs of our faith community and the community at large addressing social justice needs including Respect Life, prayer chain, prayer shawl, outreach and emergency assistance, disaster relief, and prison ministry.  Thinking about serving in one of these areas - Click here

Our parish could not run without dedicated volunteers who are committed to helping out with day-to-day operations and who those who are willing to work collaboratively to ensure a vibrant future.  Administrative volunteers sit on both the parish pastoral and finance councils and their subcommittees including building and grounds, and stewardship; volunteer in the office; count our offertory collection; and serve each other through hospitality and welcome committees.  Click here for a description of the opportunities.
